Just Friends: Doubles (21/12/24) Christmas Special!

The JustFriends: Doubles is a 1-day, 3-round doubles event run by Justplay Events in Liverpool.

There are 10 team places available for this event. Each Player will build their 1000 point army list independently that will come together with their team mate to make a 2000 point army. This event will be themed as more of a social/casual event with a competitive edge. Focused on bringing interesting armies with interesting allies!

Event Details
This event will follow our usual tournament pack (see below) but with a few additions.

• There will be a best dressed award, those players who come dressed in the Christmas Spirit, be that a Christmas Jumper, Santa costume etc. Will have their outfit judged and will be in for winning a mystery prize!
• We will be using custom Christmas themed missions on the day, these will be modifications of the missions you are used to playing in Pariah Nexus but with a holiday twist! Missions will be printed out and revealed on the day (No peaking at your gifts!)
• This is a casual event, though no additional limitations will be imposed onto lists. We hope everybody respects the vibe of the event and gets into the fun spirit on the day!
• There will be additional spot prizes throughout the day also!

Additional Softscores

Players have the chance to secure additional points based a few attributes! These include;

• Armies that are pairing up are narratively accurate, or you can write a compelling lore reason for the armies to be teaming up!
• Armies follow a Christmas theme, or have a winter aesthetic.
• Sportsmanship will be voted on with additional points going to the most sporting team.

10:00 – Doors open for registration.
10:15 – Round 1 start.
13:00- Round 1 ends.
Lunch break & painting judging.
13:30 – Round 2 start.
16:15 – Round 2 ends.
16:30 – Round 3 start.
19:15 – Round 3 ends. Winners announced and prizes!
