DESCRIPTION:Setting\n“Now aware of the traitor host mustering on Deva and stunned from the losses sustained during the failed\nassassination attempt. Black Shield Praetor\, Ophaniel\, quickly attempts to pivot the situation to his advantage.\nSeveral moons orbit the systems gas giant Althaea. The moons providing raw materials\, shipyards\, and armouries.\nHe may have failed to kill Alpharius\, he may have lost a good portion of his force on Deva. But he can still hurt these\ntraitors and reduce the strength they will leave the Aurelia system with.\nThe strikes must be fast\, as the traitors’ fleet is closing in on them. Ophaniel splits the fleet into a multi-pronged\nattack. Spread thin\, they will attack the moons simultaneously.” \nThe Event\nA one-day event. The Althaean Gambit is Part 2 of the Mongrel Fleets Saga. The day will consist of 3 bespoke\,\nnarrative driven missions\, pitching the Traitor Legions and their Allies against the Loyalists forces.\nSet in the combat zone of Althaea and its moons. 12 players will wage war on 6x4ft tables.
